We supply and maintain all types of lifts from very short rise access platforms to conventional passenger lifts, goods lifts, bespoke lifts to bulk contract stairlifts.

Our clients include Network Rail, pharmaceutical companies, factories, shops, offices, mines, nursing homes and private residences. As well as working for many large corporations we work for individuals too.

We have many years’ experience of installing, modernising and maintaining lifts. This includes installation, repair and maintenance of commercial and household stairlifts.

We regularly visit sites for clients and are happy to give advice on the best type of lift and also how to ensure the less-able are catered for – in order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995/Equality Act 2010 - including access platforms and stairlifts.

We have qualified and certified test engineers available for BS8486, PAS32 & BS5655 Part 10.


We can offer Annex A tests if your insurer requests them.

We offer two different contracts - an Integrated Maintenance contract and a Comprehensive Maintenance contract.

Contract Customers enjoy 24/7 assistance and we have highly trained and motivated engineers strategically placed around the UK to quickly respond to customers' calls.

We are especially pleased to be able to draw on the wealth of experience of one of our founding Directors, David Lee. David started Cotswold Lifts over 25 years ago with friend and colleague, Frank Hindle. Retiring some years ago to Ireland David left Cotswold Lifts in the very capable hands of the now late Frank Hindle and Graham Lees.
