Sue worked for one of the largest lift companies in the world before moving to Cotswold Lifts in the late nineties. Sue has major strengths in IT, administration, finance and business support. Sue also manages maintenance contracts - database and software.

Julian Lloyd, Technical Director
Julian has more than 25 years’ experience of some of the most complex lift systems - both mechanically and electrically. With significant experience in control gear, having had a couple of years with one of the UK’s leading lift controller manufacturers, Julian’s blend of technical knowledge and practical experience is second to none.

We supply and maintain all types of lifts from very short rise access platforms to conventional passenger lifts, goods lifts, bespoke lifts to stairlifts. Our clients include Railtrack, pharmaceutical companies, factories, mines, nursing homes and private residences. As well as working for many large corporations we work for individuals too. We have many years’ experience of installing and maintaining lifts.

We regularly visit sites for clients and are happy to give advice on the best type of lift and also how to ensure the less-able are catered for – in order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

The significant advantage we have over other suppliers is that we are not tied to one particular type or model of lift. We can therefore advise on the best lift for your needs, which could be as a result of function or space requirements. All the lifts we offer are tried and tested for reliability and durability. We are certified to ISO 9001:2008 and Lift Regulations 1997, Schedule 12 (95/16/EC Annex X111), Notified Body Number 1291 and are also active members of LEIA (Lift & Escalator Industry Association).
